Estimated grocery bill
When planning your grocery budget for your stay, you can expect to spend around $20-$30 per person per meal, with the standard being two meals per day prepared at the villa. If you anticipate enjoying some alcohol, it’s wise to allocate a bit more to ensure you have everything you need. Remember to bring cash for groceries upon your arrival, as this will streamline your shopping experience.
While most beach clubs, restaurants, and excursions in Punta Mita accept credit cards, it’s important to note that many homes in the area prefer cash for in-villa expenses, even after two decades of operation. This is a common practice that helps maintain a smooth transaction process. We hope this information proves helpful as you plan your trip!
